The package includes 3 courses:

• Crowd Management – crowd control on passenger ships (model course IMO 1.41)

• Safety for Personnel Providing Direct Service to Passengers – safety training for personnel directly assisting passengers (model course IMO 1.44)

• Crisis Management and Human Behaviour – crisis management and human behaviour in emergency situations (model course IMO 1.42)

After completing the package, participants are prepared to perform passenger-related duties and respond to emergencies in accordance with passenger ship requirements.
