Confined Space Medium Risk Work organization and evacuation in medium-risk confined spaces

The Confined Space Medium Risk training is designed for personnel performing work in confined spaces where there is a potential for a hazardous atmosphere or additional mechanical and energy hazards that require the implementation of enhanced safety procedures.

The training program covers the organization of work in confined spaces using Permit to Work and Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) procedures, conducting continuous atmospheric monitoring, preparing rescue equipment, and emergency management.

In the practical section, participants conduct atmospheric testing, prepare the workstation, perform tasks within a confined space, and practice responding to gas detector alarms as well as evacuating a casualty using non-entry rescue techniques.
