In today's era of dynamic development of wind turbine energy, Gdynia Maritime School a Polish leader in maritime education, started courses for instructors and technicians who can work on offshore and onshore wind-farms. Experience gained during last 25 years of training navigators and maritime engineers, combined with huge base of tailor made courses for electricians and engineers, made us hungry for a new challenge. The only way to obtain high standards in our services was to get certified by Global Wind Organisation, the GWO.
We are audited by Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance also.

In order to proceed with training, a real life fully operational Enercon 33 generator was purchased and installed in our training facility. By doing so we created the environment in which trainees will have a chance to experience their future job, in a raw way as it really is. People who underwent our training appreciated the realistic conditions and experience of instructors.

The training facility and equipment belongs to GMS - this allows us to conduct training anytime, independently of other schedules, as long as it complies witch GWO standards.
Price of each course includes transportation and lunch.
Experience shows that integrated course (all modules during one tour) are most effective. We do not have our own hotel however we are willing to help you find an accommodation for trainees.

We would like to let holders of almost expired certificates know that GWO allows you to renew your certificate anytime while the old one is still valid. The new one will become valid the moment the old one expires. It is overseen by electronic system - WINDA.
