-valid health certificate preferably with endorsement for working at heights ( above 3 m )
-ID card - valid previous GWO certificates (-working at heights, manual handling, fire awareness, first aid)
-do working at heights - ( work clothes, work gloves, work shoes - classes can be held outside the building )
-for fire awarenes (work clothes, work gloves, work shoes )
Course description:
The "GWO - Basic Safety Training - Refresher" course is a concise three-day program aimed at updating and reinforcing vital knowledge and skills from five key modules, essential for ensuring safety within the GWO sector.
This refresher course includes both theoretical and practical components, mirroring the content covered in the original basic training:
1.Working at Heights
2.Manual Handling
3.Fire Awareness
4.First Aid
Tailored for professionals in the wind energy industry, the GWO-BASIC SAFETY TRAINING Refresher is also beneficial for individuals in various other sectors where risks of accidents or occupational illnesses due to working at heights, handling loads, or fire hazards exist. This course is particularly designed for those seeking to renew and enhance their competencies to safely carry out their responsibilities and to mitigate accidents and occupational health issues.
The certification obtained from this course remains valid for a period of two years.
